These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the services provided by Agro Trade (Trading Division of STARWORLD OVERSEAS INC.)

2. To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the website.

3. To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website or any systems or networks connected to the website.

 

Products and Services:

‘Agro Trade’ specializes in trading agricultural products including but not limited to grains, cereals, oats, lentils, milk powder, barley, wheat, corn, peas, chickpeas, beans, etc. 

 

Product availability, pricing, and specifications are subject to change without notice.

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Agro Trade reserves the right to refuse any order placed through the website until a signed ‘Buy and Sell Agreement’.

 

International Users (Outside of Canada):

Agro Trade operates globally, but not all products or services may be available in all locations. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the website and any transactions you conduct comply with local laws and regulations.

Financial Transactions:

All the financial transactions between Argo Trade (Starworld Overseas Inc) and buyers/sellers must be through official banking or financial institution channels. We are not responsible for unofficial or cash transactions or those that contradict/violate the country's foreign exchange regulations.
